Games: 3 Game Guarantee. Weather Permitting 

Age: 2027, 2028, 2029 & 2030

Teams  will be determined by the oldest player’s grad year and NOT by LEAGUE AGE.

Divisions will be grouped 2030, 2029 and 2028/2027 unless otherwise noted.

Fee: $1,299

Rosters: Rosters of all players will be MANDATORY for the 2027 season. There may be times that we utilize Flightscope Technology at our events and having team rosters prepopulated is necessary. In addition, college coaches will have the ability to view rosters of teams that are in attendance.

Schedule: Schedules will be announced on Tuesday prior to the event.

Format: 

- Divisions are 2030, 2029 and 2028/2027

- Teams will play 2 pool play games.

- Top seeds will advance to single elimination playoffs on Sunday.

- Teams will be seeded based on records.

- Teams that do not advance from pool play will be scheduled a consolation game on Sunday.

- Bat Type: Aluminum Bat BBCOR (Wood bats are still permitted)

- Event will take place in and around Mercer County, NJ. All-Star Tournament Series reserves the right to switch the event location(s) and/or date(s) to accommodate any unforeseen circumstances. 

Scheduling requests must be sent a minimum of 2 weeks prior to the event start date. Scheduling requests are NOT guaranteed but will be taken into consideration. Please understand, ASTS makes every attempt to make an ideal schedule for each registrant; however, due to the nature of tournament scheduling, we cannot make all accommodations and there will be teams that have longer than a 1 game wait in between games; however, we try to keep this to a minimum. Payment Policies: 

All purchases require a non-refundable initial deposit of $550.00 or can be paid in full. Registrations for the All-Star Tournament Series events can never be secured or reserved without submitting the initial deposit. 

Final balances are due April 15, 2027. If a team plans to pay by check, all checks must be received 60 days in advance of the event. 

All-Star Tournament Series reserves the right to remove teams or participants from events, without refund, credit or other future considerations, if scheduled payments are not made. 

Credit Policy:

Zero (0) Games Played = 100% Credit (No Refund) 

One (1) Game Played   = 60% Credit (No Refund) 

Two (2) Games Played = $100.00 Credit Only (No Refund)
