3-Day Baseball Development Camp

The 3-Day Baseball Development Camp is a premier event designed to maximize player development and exposure. With 24 teams, 3 fields, and a highly organized schedule, this camp combines structured skill evaluations with competitive live games, giving athletes the ultimate opportunity to showcase their abilities.

Day 1: Skills Assessment & Player Evaluation

The camp kicks off with a full day dedicated to individual and team evaluations. Each field will host 8 teams, rotating through three core stations to ensure every athlete gets focused attention and quality reps:

• 60-Yard Dash – Each team has 30 minutes to complete timed 60-yard sprints, measuring speed and explosiveness.

• Extended Infield/Outfield Routine – Teams run through a 30-minute defensive workout, highlighting fundamentals, arm strength, range, and communication.

• Batting Practice – A 30-minute BP session provides players the opportunity to display bat speed, contact skills, and power.

By the end of Day 1, evaluators and coaches will have a comprehensive view of each player’s skillset before moving on to live competition.

Day 2: Live Game Action

The second day shifts the focus to live game play, allowing players to showcase their skills in game situations.

• Each game is 2.5 hours or 9 innings, whichever comes first.

• Teams will face evenly matched opponents to provide fair and competitive play.

• Pitchers, position players, and hitters will be evaluated on how they perform under real game pressure.

This format ensures efficient scheduling, high-level competition, and plenty of opportunities for players to stand out.

Day 3: Final Games & Camp Wrap-Up

The final day gives every team one last game to compete and leave it all on the field.

• Each team plays 1 game lasting 2.5 hours or 9 innings, whichever comes first.

• This day allows players to apply what they’ve learned, make final impressions, and close out the camp with a strong performance.

The event concludes with final evaluations and a wrap-up session, sending players home with valuable experience and insights into their development.
