Games: 3 Game Guarantee. Weather Permitting 

Age: 15u/2029 & 6u/2028, 17u/2027 & 18u/2026

Divisions will be grouped 15u/16u and 17u/18u unless otherwise noted

Fee: $1,899

Hotel: Teams traveling and staying overnight will be required to use our Hotel Provider.

Rosters:  Rosters of all players will be MANDATORY for the 2026 season.  There may be times that we utilize Flightscope Technology at our events and having team rosters prepopulated is a must.  In addition, college coaches will have the ability to view rosters of teams that are in attendance.

Schedule: Schedules will be announced on the Tuesday prior to the event.

The first 10 teams to register will be scheduled to play at least 1 game at the main site contingent on registrants per division.  

Format:

- Main Site: Salem State

- Teams will play 2 pool play games.

- Top seeds will advance to single elimination playoffs on Sunday.

- Teams will be seeded based on records.

- Teams that do not advance from pool play will be scheduled a consolation game on Sunday.

- College coaches will be present on each field for 1 day of the event. On day 2, College coaches will only be present on playoff fields.  Weather permitting.

- Bat Type: Aluminum BBCOR (Wood bats are still permitted)

- Event will take place in and around Boston, MA. All-Star Tournament Series reserves the right to switch the event location(s) and/or date(s) to accommodate any unforeseen circumstances. 

Scheduling requests must be sent a minimum of 2 weeks prior to the event start date. Scheduling requests are NOT guaranteed but will be taken under consideration. Please understand, ASTS makes every attempt to make an ideal schedule for each registrant; however, due to the nature of tournament scheduling, we cannot make all accommodations and there will be teams that have longer than a 1 game wait in between games; however, we try to keep this to a minimum. Payment Policies: 

All purchases require a non-refundable initial deposit of $550.00 or can be paid in full. Registrations in All-Star Tournament Series events can never be secured or reserved without submitting the initial deposit. 

Final balances are due 45 days prior to the beginning of the event. If a team plans to pay by check, all checks must be received 60 days in advance of event. 

All-Star Tournament Series reserves the right to remove teams or participants from events, without refund, credit or other future consideration, if scheduled payments are not made.

Zero (0) Games Played = 100% Credit (No Refund) 

One (1) Game Played   = 60% Credit (No Refund) 

Two (2) Games Played = $100.00 Credit Only (No Refund)
